New attractive project for Hunton Lewis with this new search for a fast-growing international French BtoBtoC company (series A round), around 100 people, focused on premium consumer services in the leisure market, opens a brand new role of International Head of New Business (job creation).

the role can be based ANYWHERE in Europe: Barcelona, London, Berlin, Paris etc

Objectives:

  • business development (hunting) of prospects in a European cluster of countries: can be Southern Europe, the Nordics, the UK, DACh (Germany / Austria / CH) etc according to the candidate’s preference
  • obsessed with new business, creating value AND setting up sales processes
  • start the international new business alone, then set up an international sales team

The potential of the market is huge, the company should reach €100m of revenues by 2024

Key Requirements

  1. Prior experience of Value selling of a SaaS BtoB solution: MANDATORY
  2. 8 years in selling BtoB software/saas solution minimum
  3. Selling to business decision-makers
  4. International experience (managing business in several countries)
  5. Direct people management: could be a plus
  6. Used to set up methods/process: KEY
  7. Regular overachiever
  8. Not afraid to start alone (entrepreneur) and then set up a team
  9. Passion: the solution sold is something people love
  10. travels in Europe

Location: ANYWHERE in Europe: Barcelona, London, Berlin, Paris etc

Not an easy role – the next 18 months will be key. Energy to grow to the next level will be essential
