Joe Peters of iSearch Joins as CSA Partner in Japan

Continental Search Alliance (CSA) is pleased to announce that Joe Peters, founder of iSearch, an experienced executive search firm in Japan, has joined CSA. iSearch now officially becomes CSA Japan, establishing a strong presence in the APAC market. 

Before establishing iSearch in 2004, Joe spent 32 years in the insurance industry, working in the USA, Singapore, Malaysia, and Japan. Joe decided to follow his entrepreneurial spirit and strike out with launching his company, iSearch.

Joe has worked in the search industry for over 15 years, and focuses on a number of industries with a diverse range of clients. He has grown his company from a two-person shop to one of Japan’s most respected mid-sized recruiting firms, recruiting for over 400 client companies in a diverse range of industries, including technologies and digital.

iSearch is a well-recognised and respected executive search firm in Japan. Its fields of industry expertise include: management, sales management, start-ups / rebuilding, consulting, management training, and recruiting.
