A leading international CPG group in a critical and meaningful market, with yearly revenues of several billions of euros, is looking for their Global SAP Solutions Division Director.

SAP has been at the heart of the company’s business for years now. The new SAP initiative and strategy is a major one within the global Business and IS Divisions of the company, up to CEO level. It directly meets the requirements of major transformations going on in the business and the industry, on a global scale.
This includes key objectives of alignment with other SAP platforms, including—no surprise—a big jump towards S/4 Hana, and the preparation of the next phase of business transformation.
There is a big international team to be managed/coordinated (Europe, US, APAC).
The organization is complex, and of course, a lot is expected from the person who will join.
The person should act as a natural leader within the teams, and be at ease with the IT AND business teams, in a very multicultural environment.
This is not an easy challenge, but a very stimulating one.
Requirements:
Mandatory: prior experience of one or several major international SAP deployments including:
multiple countries / multiple continents
a core / Shared Services model approach
complex “glocal” governance issues
CPG experience would be a strong plus (some SAP specifics)
key leadership, management and communication skills
travel: when / if possible, at least every week for the first few months of onboarding
Languages: French AND English or could be English AND French
