  • Improve communication of its unique Value Proposition and market position
  • Reflect commitment to sustained growth as nº1 contributor of new business within its European partnership, CSA

April 1st, 2016 – Paris, France – Hunton Lewis Executive Search has unveiled a new website, www.hunton-lewis.com, and new communications strategy to reflect its rebranding and renewed 2-pronged business focus:

  • the firm’s historical expertise in Technology / Digital / SaaS addressing the needs of international and US-based vendors,
  • and an ever-increasing bond between digital transformation within the Luxury / Fashion / Retail sectors.

The firm’s new communications strategy is aimed at improving its positioning as a leading player in this growing niche market, and better communicating its unique value proposition through services such as market mapping, candidate onboarding and a critical focus on A-player recruitment in key transformation leadership roles for its clients.

Much of Hunton Lewis’s growing success over the past few years as been due to their breakthrough HL Method in recruitment – a more than 70-page documented and highly structured process – and the CIQA© questionnaire, registered with the National Patent Institute, to assess a “deep-dive” approach and provide the highest efficiency in matching a candidate with a critical role. Since adoption of this new approach, Hunton Lewis’s “recruitment Bible” has proven its nearly 100% efficiency for all placement (since 2011, HL has maintained a record placement success rate of 98.2% thanks to the HL Method).

The firm has also earned repeated international success through its greater European network of 11 Executive Search firms, Continental Search Alliance (CSA), www.continental-search.com. Hunton Lewis is currently the greatest contributor in terms of new business to the network. Hunton Lewis is a founding member, and has led the partnership since 2014.

Most notably in its renewed communications initiative, Hunton Lewis is investing in digital and online community building through its company news blog, Linkedin company page, and quarterly newsletter that showcases data and original insights on recruitment trends and best practices. The firm looks to provide its clients – HR and recruiting executives – the business data they need to champion the leadership transformations their companies need to remain competitive in today’s market.

These changes are part of a larger strategy aimed at reinforcing their continued growth. The firm has shown double-digit growth in two of the last three Fiscal Years. Hunton Lewis announced in December 2015 a new record in company revenue for Fiscal Year ending June 30, 2015. Year-over-Year (YoY) growth was 31%, following an increase of internal investments over the same period of 23%.

Says Jerome Soudet, Associate Director at Hunton Lewis:

“Our new visual identity and full communications rebranding is aimed at better serving our customers, and providing the necessary support to all our candidates. More than ever, we are positioned and viewed as an indisputable international player in the technology/digital and luxury/retail sectors. One of our biggest clients, an internationally renowned luxury brand said in March 2016 we were “the best agency they have ever worked with.” Our new identity is a reflection of the incredible results our HL Method and CIQA© bring altogether. Hunton Lewis has clearly gotten the recruiting formula right. We are excited to share this “HL Moment” with our clients, candidates, contacts and the greater recruiting community!“

Through its new approach, Hunton Lewis has focused on hiring key transformation leadership roles for its clients since 2010, successfully addressing those roles that impact their businesses the most, transforming those strategic hires into real value for the shareholder.
