Key requirements:
- Previous international implementation of major ERP (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft…)
- People management experience mandatory, preferably including offshore resources and/or management of managers
- Ability to bring added value in terms of project methodologies / management methods / team and competence center organization
- Excellent communications skills with collaborative approach and ability to reach consensus with worlwide contacts
