Leading international e-Commerce pure player – Finance Transformation Program Manager – Paris, France

Key requirements

1. At least 10 years experience in large and complex transformation programs (preferably in multi-BU, multi-country contexts with corporate / subsidiary organization)
2. Solid understanding of business stakes in e-Commerce and / or retail environments
3. Transversal approach: functional (finance / controlling / accounting); IT / IS (finance ERP, core model design and implementation); governance and organization
4. Soft skills: outstanding communications skills; team-player; empathy and listening skills; ability to manage by influence; results / performance / client oriented
