Isabelle Mathieu is the Managing Director of hunton lewis, the IT BtoB Results-Oriented Headhunting firm. Isabelle brings nearly 20 years of experience in the IT field. She has an in-depth knowledge of the French and Southern Europe IT markets and a valuable network of international contacts within this field.
Isabelle has enabled the hunton lewis (ex Hartmann & Lotz France) strong positioning in the Data Management business segment: CRM, Business Intelligence, Knowledge Management, Corporate Performance Management, Data Storage, SaaS etc.
She works mainly on recruiting and counseling senior business profiles at a local or EMEA level.
Isabelle previously worked for IT company McAfee France in sales and marketing positions for 2 years. She has strong experience in the finance sector, having worked for Elysées Investissement (Edouard Stern, venture capital) for 4 years.
Isabelle has a taste for decoration, 18th century French literature and Renaissance paintings.
Jérôme, 38, has been Associate Director of hunton lewis (previously Hartmann & Lotz France) since 2005. He is in charge of finding the best-suited candidates for subsidiaries of US-headquartered firms in Europe (France, UK, Germany, Italy and Spain). He has been key in developing hunton lewis’ specific in-house methods in terms of reporting, counseling, testing and results measurement.
Together with Isabelle Mathieu, he previously re-engineered and sold the IT BtoB PR firm GlobalCom France in 2004. He set up the PR Triple-Win Methodology in 2004 which was publicized and acclaimed in the French press. The Triple Win Methodology was registered at the INPI.
He graduated with honours from Celsa (Sorbonne University, part of the French Grandes Ecoles).
Jérôme is an avid swimmer and runner (semi marathon). He likes Italian and Flemish paintings from the 16th and 17th centuries.
Kevin is in charge of identifying and reaching the top talents Tier-1 US-based companies will need for their French and South Europe subsidiaries.
Within hunton lewis, Kevin has worked for companies listed on the Nasdaq / Nyse on IT markets such as cloud computing, datacenter, application SaaS, infrastructure transformation services, back up, ETL or network security.
He holds a double master’s in management from the ESC Montpellier Business School and in management consulting from ISEM (Montpellier 1 University). During his studies, he passed a Bachelor of Economics at the Xi’an International Studies University, China.
Kevin practices judo (black belt), rock climbing, skiing and hiking.
Antoine is Executive Search Assistant for hunton lewis France, the IT BtoB Results-Oriented Headhunting firm. His task is to identify and take contact with the most suitable candidates for international IT companies subsidiaries based in Europe.
Within hunton lewis, Antoine has worked for companies in IT markets such as server virtualisation, storage, industrial software, SaaS solutions.
Antoine holds a master in management from BEM (Bordeaux Ecole de Management / Bordeaux Business School), with a speciality in Human Resources Management. He is used to multi-cultural environments, having lived, among others, in Tahiti (French Polynesia), the United-Kingdom (London) and in China (Wuhan, Hubei Province).
A true team-player, he regularly trains in a rugby club (in tight-head prop or hooker positions) and is also involved in scouting for more than 10 years. He is very interested in History, in particular both Roman Empire and Modern periods.
